Right Understanding

The body is temporary. Even thoughts, feelings and emotions come and go. The pure mind, however, is always here. If you a have pure mind, you will have everything.

When your mind is working, it manifests your thoughts, physical body, relationships and all the circumstances you encounter. This is the right understanding.
