The Real Practice
The essence of Zen is to realize the source. The mind can manifest. But everyone’s mind manifests through a pattern. Every thought must be processed through this pattern, and so we cannot help ourselves.
Practice is to strengthen the ability to be aware of your thoughts in your mind. So practice is involved in every action and every word that you say. In every thought you generate. That is practice.
So pay attention to every thought from your mind. You need to have this understand; otherwise your practice is in vain. So don’t learn Zen or Tibetan Buddhism. Just learn from your mind and take responsibility from what your mind generates. To realize what is your mind. Start practicing from this point.
