Right Understanding
Suppose you encounter a problem caused by a disturbed mind. If you do not endeavor to calm your mind but instead try to erase the appearance of the issue, no solution will be found.
If you have the right understanding of the mind and practice, eventually you will recognize the Buddha essence within you. New paths will open in your life.
The right understanding is the foundation upon which we must rely in order to find solutions to life’s challenges. It is the only thing that can help us, and it is the only thing we must learn.
