Pure Mind

Everything that is created is destined for destruction. The atoms and cells in our body change constantly, relationships and business situations shift, and feelings of elation and depression come and go. Similarly, ideas and beliefs appear and disappear from moment to moment.

We must recognize that nothing in this world of form can be grasped, because the nature of form is impermanence. A life built on the pursuit of form is filled with pain and disappointment.

We must recognize the nature of existence and realize that behind the impermanent world of form lies our true refuge: the formless, eternal, boundless, pure Mind.
