Introspection

The process of introspection is not at all passive, although on the surface it may seem to be. In fact, it is very proactive. When you face yourself, you work directly on the cause of your problem.

When we practice we should focus on the cause and effect. Try to perceive what the result will be, because it is preceded by a cause.
