Face the Anger

Do not try to justify the anger you feel or express in regard to your child, spouse or coworker. Instead, face that anger so that it can be erased.

A mind consumed by anger is incapable of obtaining wisdom. Therefore, if it precludes wisdom, how can anger be good for anyone?
