因缘果报
困境痛苦是生命中最严格的老师。人经常听到：「我为什么经常碰到这样的事情？」「为什么倒霉的人总是我？」其实真正的原因是「江山易改，本性难移」，心中的习气症结不解开，事情就会重复发生。
从渐修慢慢观照，借着思惟正确的知见而形成观的力量，知道一切法都是缘起，心不随境转。
